Simply put, YES. Although Real Estate Agent representation isn’t required when buying brand new construction, it’s worth considering.  Think about it. Who pays the on-site salesperson’s salary?  By having a Real Estate Agent represent you in your purchase, you’ll have a voice that serves as your advocate throughout the entire process – from contract, throughout building, and through the closing process and beyond – we’ve got you covered!

Many Buyers don’t realize it, but HIRING A Real Estate Agent COSTS YOU NOTHING! That’s right! You don’t pay our commission – the developer does. Can you get a better deal if you don’t have a Real Estate Agent? Many buyers in our market are not local.  You may sign your purchase agreement while you’re in town, but then return home for the summer.  As your representative, we will keep an eye on the progress of your property while you’re away.  We’ll serve as your liaison during the construction process, keeping in constant communication with your onsite sales person and construction manager.
 
One of the most popular services we includes is property photo updates! Our clients love receiving their periodic photos showing the updates of the construction of their new home! They love to not only keep an eye on their construction, but to also share their excitement with their friends and family!
